For hygiene and safety reasons related to baby products, returns are not allowed.
We offer exchanges only in case the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Once your request is approved, we will share instructions for the exchange process.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all baby feeding products are non-returnable.
This includes used, opened, or tampered products.
Refunds
